ROGER VELASCO

Roger Velasco is most famously known for her role as Carlos Vallerte, the Black Ranger, in the 90’s pop culture phenomenon Power Rangers Turbo and Power Rangers In Space. Roger reprised his role as a guest star in two episodes of Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999).

FUN FACT:

Power Rangers In Space is known as “the season that saved the franchise”, mentioned in the Netflix docuseries, “The Toys That Made Us: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” Season 3, Episode 2.
